Oliver has more than 10 years of retained executive search and management consulting experience. Oliver specializes in senior-level private equity assignments, CFO, operating partner, corporate sales, and engineering-based roles, as well as large hiring and internal talent restructuring initiatives.

 

Over the course of his career, Oliver has led numerous C-Level, VP, Reporting Segment Heads, Partner, and Director searches for a wide range of corporate and private equity clients across the industrial, business services, healthcare, consumer products, logistics and distribution, technology services, and retail industries.

 

Oliver majored in International Relations at The Maxwell School at Syracuse University. He is an avid Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, a former State Chairman for the Leukemia and Lymphoma's Light the Night Charity, and an active supporter of Swim Across America
