WHO CAN ATTEND & PARTICIPATE?
Our weekly meet ups are open to everyone who feels as though they can benefit from a workout, a group support session, and an embracing and welcoming community.

WHAT KIND OF RESOURCES DOES MINDFIT OFFER?
We offer a variety of resources including weekly workouts, group support sessions, and a supportive community to help promote mental wellness, 1:1 sessions with a licensed therapist, nutrition support and more.

WHAT DO THE WEEKLY WORKOUTS LOOK LIKE?
Our workouts are approximately 30 minutes long. Our certified trainers will run through the movements and proper techniques. The workouts can be done with minimal equipment, such as dumbbells and resistance bands. Our trainers will also provide modifications as needed.

WHAT TAKES PLACE DURING THE WEEKLY GROUP SUPPORT SESSIONS?
Our group support sessions run approximately an hour long and take place immediately after the group workout. The sessions are led by a mental health professional who specializes in providing emotional support and guidance.Our support sessions cover a wide range of topics that are pre-determined. These sessions are open to everyone and participants are not required to speak, they can simply listen and learn from others' experiences.

HOW IS THIS OFFERED FOR FREE?
We are a nonprofit organization. Our donations and sponsorships cover all services provided to you!

HOW DO I BECOME APART OF THIS COMMUNITY?
It's simple! Attend four (4) weekly workout and group support sessions in a row to qualify.
In order to maintain your free membership, you must attend a minimum of two (2) weekly workouts and group support sessions a month, as well as at least (8) regularly scheduled gym classes per month.
